What counts as a message?

A new WhatsApp conversation started from your ad. We count them from Meta, and you see them land in your own WhatsApp.

What is the ad budget?

The money Meta charges to show your ads. It is a set amount for the run, never a daily figure: R350 for the 7-Day, R1,400 for the 4 weeks on Always On and R2,000 on Always On Plus. It is included in the price.

What happens if I get fewer than 10 messages?

The next 7 days are on us: ads, budget and all.

Do you reply to my enquiries?

No. Enquiries come to your WhatsApp and you answer them. Inbox replies are not part of any package.

Can I change the ads?

Yes. You get one round of edits on each ad preview before it launches. If we get something wrong, like a photo or a price, we fix it and it does not count as a round.
